I Swear

I Swear is a 2025 British biopic based on the true life story of John Davidson, a Scottish man with severe Tourette syndrome who, as a teenager, was the subject of the 1989 television documentary John's Not Mad.

This is a powerful film, sometimes difficult to watch.  It introduces the audience to this relatively rare neuropsychiatric disorder.   See Wikipedia.
